Respironics Amara View Full Face Mask

The Amara View is a minimal contact full face mask with high marks for performance and no marks on the bridge of your nose.  The Amara View is also the smallest, lightest, and has the widest field of vision compared to other full face mask.   It’s easy to wear glasses, read, watch TV, and use a computer or tablet before falling asleep.  Available in three sizes: small, medium and large cushions.  Unsure of your size?  Not to worry; purchase the fit-pack which comes with all three cushion sizes.

Additional Features:

  1. Innovative design: this mask prevents red marks, discomfort or irritation on the bridge of your nose.  It’s easy to wear glasses, read, or watch TV without a bulky frame or cushion in front of the face and eyes.
  2. Convenient magnetic clips: magnetic clips make attaching or reattaching headgear before bed or in the middle of your night easy and fast.
  3. Easy to use
  4. Wide field of vision: the mask covers less of your face and has a wider field of vision than most full face masks. It is also smaller and lighter.

Fitting Guide:

  1. Loosen headgear to a large setting, then disconnect the headgear clips by gripping and twisting them away from the frame.
  2. The mask will fit against the face straight on, under the nose and over the mouth.  Place the nose over, not into, the nostril opening on top of the cushion.
  3. Holding the cushion in place against the face, pull the headgear over the head.
  4. Push the mask cushion up into position so that the large opening sits over the mouth and top of the cushion fits under the nose.
  5. Press the headgear clips into place.
  6. The crown strap is very important in achieving a proper seal.  Pull the crown strap tab over the top of the head to reduce leaks around your nose.
  7. Pull back on the tabs to adjust the top and bottom side straps.  The headgear should fit loosely and comfortably.  Be careful not to over tighten, which is a common mistake.
  8. Connect the flexible tubing included with the mask to your CPAP or BiPAP air tubing.
